ABOUT Kelli
God has blessed me as a mother of three young children, and wife to my husband David for 15 years. I became a counselor to help others heal from traumatic experiences and thrive through reflection and healthy coping habits. I began my career licensing foster homes, as well as training parents on the effects of trauma. When I became a mother, I decided to become a teacher, and then a School Counselor. My practice now encompasses the whole family unit, including couples and their children.

FAQs
what types of counseling do you offer?
Child and Adolescent Counseling: I specialize in working with children and teenagers, helping them navigate the challenges of growing up, managing stress, building self-esteem, and addressing behavioral issues.
Couples and Marriage Counseling: I offer a safe space for couples to explore and improve their relationships, fostering open communication, conflict resolution, and a deeper emotional connection.
Individual Counseling: I offer a listening ear that is non-judgmental and client-focused. I listen to your goals as you are the expert on your life. We navigate what works best for you as an individual in coping, healing, connecting, and developing.
Family Systems Therapy: I believe that the family unit plays a vital role in an individual's well-being. I work with families to enhance their dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts.
are you a christian counselor?
Yes. As a Christian counselor, I respect and value the spiritual beliefs of my clients. I am open to integrating Christian principles and faith into the therapeutic process for those who seek it. My approach is inclusive and respectful of all belief systems.
what ARE the costs?
I am self-pay at $135 per 50 minute session. Many clients use Health Savings Account cards or request a superbill for an out of network provider. I do not take insurance at this time, but can help connect you with a colleague that does. Often the clients I see appreciate the privacy of paying for counseling outside of the insurance system. If you prefer to use insurance, there is often a number to call on the back of your insurance card for behavioral health that can connect you with in-network providers.
What are the benefits of being '“out of network”?
No Mandatory Diagnosis (required by insurance). This is kept on your permanent record for using insurance. This can affect security clearances, policy rate increases, and qualifications for life or health insurance plans.
Confidentiality is key! Insurnace companies request updates on your visits.
Better Therapist Fit. The therapeutic relationship is one of the main factors in client success.
Control Over Your Treatment. When submitting to insurance the control lies with the insurance company.
When are you open?
We are open Wednesday (9am-3pm), Friday (9am-3pm), and Saturday (9am-1pm). Saturdays fill up fast! We can provide a note for work or school as Kelli Redd, LPC-A is a mental health provider and has an NPI number.
